We currently ship all orders from our warehouse in China using tracked shipping to ensure reliable and timely delivery. The items will ship to your country, and then be delivered final mile by a local carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis to most destinations. If you are uncertain if DDP would be available in your country please contact us.
This means:
- Import duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes are included in the shipping process and handled by us.
- Customers should not be required to pay additional customs duties or import charges upon delivery.
- In the unlikely event that customs or a carrier requests additional payment, please contact our support team before making any payment.
Please note that customs procedures and delivery times may vary by country. In destinations where DDP shipping is not available, any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
