We currently ship all orders from our location in Germany using DHL tracked shipping to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

• European Union (EU):

  • Free shipping on orders over €30.00

  • Orders under €30.00: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

• Rest of the World (Non-EU countries):

  • Free shipping on orders over €60.00

  • Orders under €60.00: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• EU countries: Usually within 2–7 business days

• Non-EU countries: Usually within 5–15 business days, depending on customs processing and local delivery services

Customs, Duties & Taxes (for Non-EU Customers)

All orders shipped outside the EU are sent DAP (Delivered at Place). This means:

• We do not collect VAT, duties, or import taxes for non-EU countries

• You are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or handling fees upon delivery

• These costs are not included in your order total and may vary depending on your country’s regulations

Please check with your local customs office for more information on import duties and taxes.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses (e.g., APO/FPO/DPO)

• If we are unable to ship to your country due to logistical or legal restrictions, you will be notified during checkout

Delivery Issues

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
