CreamTeam Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with CreamTeam. We take pride in offering high‑quality underwear, harnesses, and socks. To protect the health and safety of all customers, we maintain the following return and exchange policy:

1. Right of Withdrawal & Timeframe

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

  • All return or exchange requests must be initiated within this 14‑day window.

2. Condition of Returned Items

  • Unworn: Garments must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their sealed, original hygiene packaging (including all tags and protective wrappers) or they will be refused.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as CreamTeam is not liable for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email our Returns Team at creamteamberlinstaff@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including:

    • Your order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange

    • Reason for return or exchange

  2. Upon approval, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return address.

  3. Ship the item(s) back within 7 days of receiving your RA number. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Returns sent without prior authorization or beyond the 14‑day period will be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

5. Inspection & Refund

  • Once we receive your return, our Quality & Hygiene team will inspect the items.

  • If the items meet our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If items are rejected (e.g., worn, unsealed, damaged, or missing original packaging), we will notify you and ship them back to you. All outbound and return shipping fees will be at your expense.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired replacement item is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.

  • To exchange, follow the same process as a return, then place a new order for your preferred item(s).

7. International Returns & Customs

  • Marking the Parcel
    If you reside outside the EU, you must clearly label your return shipment on the outside of the parcel as “Returned Goods”. Failure to do so may result in customs delays, additional fees, or refusal of the shipment.

  • Customs Duties & Fees
    You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import/export fees assessed by your country’s authorities. CreamTeam will not cover these charges, and any unpaid duties may result in the return being rejected or additional costs billed to you.
